I was on Megan Smolenyak2"s blog "Honoring Your Ancestors" and there was a game or a challenge to google map your ancestors 200 years ago. It was fun. Now I want to do 300 years ago.

Have you reached a new phase in your life and have not quite accepted it yet? Well...that's sort of where I am now. I feel like I am a former 'everything' (former stay-at-home mom, former journalist, former artist, former musician, former community volunteer) and have ventured so far beyond my comfort zone as to be lost in space -- like in a vaccuum (picture someone whose lifeline has been cut from the mother ship and is turning slow motion somersaults in outer space with eyes and mouth wide open...)I am formulating this blog so that I can grasp some unknown lifeline to pull me to a new safe harbor, and maybe even visit a 'former' safe harbor now and then.
